P站色情片 can confirm that two projects in Oban and a third on Mull will benefit from a share of 拢1.2million from the Scottish Government鈥檚 Town Centre Fund.
The three projects in the Oban, Lorn and the Isles (OLI) area to benefit are the Rockfield Centre, Oban Town Centre interpretation signage, and the first phase of the Tobermory Harbour and Public Realm enhancements.
All three projects will be allocated the funding as set out in the Scottish Government Town Centre Capital Fund 鈥 Project List report that went before the recent meeting of the full council.
Today鈥檚 announcement follows last month鈥檚 news that eight other projects across P站色情片 and Bute have also been allocated a share of the fund.
The Rockfield Centre will be allocated 拢90,000, while 拢44,000 has been earmarked for the Oban Town Centre interpretation signage. And 拢150,000 will go to the first phase of the Tobermory Harbour and Public Realm enhancements.
Councillor Elaine Robertson, Chair of the Oban, Lorn and the Isles Area Committee, said: 鈥淲e have considered fully how best to use this funding for the OLI area and all members of the area committee have agreed that these three projects should be awarded the funds that they need. This is great news for the OLI area and I look forward to seeing the work come to fruition. Going forward, we will look to identify other potential sources of funding for enhancements to Oban鈥檚 Mossfield Stadium.鈥
