The website invites parents, carers and residents in P站色情片 and Bute to examine the proposals, understand them and have their say.
Schools in P站色情片 and Bute face falling pupil numbers and challenges in recruiting staff. Scotland-wide education reform is on the way and it is vital that local school leaders are ready and resourced appropriately.
P站色情片 proposes a new 鈥榗ollective鈥 model for school leadership in the authority, empowering schools to work more effectively together and share resources for the benefit of all pupils.
These proposals have been developed with ongoing input from P站色情片 and Bute Head Teachers and education professionals. The changes are proposed to protect local schools, build a stronger team of educators and enhance the education of pupils.
The new website () explains the proposals for change. It includes a short film and provides detailed information for download. Importantly, it includes ways for everybody in P站色情片 and Bute to have their say and influence the proposals as they are developed further.
Alongside the website, toolkits to facilitate consultation have been sent to all community councils and parent councils in P站色情片 and Bute, so that they can hold their own feedback sessions and report back. Every Head Teacher in P站色情片 and Bute has also had the opportunity to feedback on the proposal.
This public consultation process will be central to further shaping the Education Transformation Programme proposals before they are presented to the Elected Members.
