New funding to support P站色情片 and Bute鈥檚 next generation of engineers, scientists and IT experts will help boost the area鈥檚 future economic growth prospects.
The Council鈥檚 Digital Learning Team has received 拢100,000 funding through the UK Government鈥檚 Community Renewal Fund (UK CRF) - a fund created to promote development of high quality Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) materials.
Schools across P站色情片 and Bute will receive a package of support materials to assist young people studying a range of STEM subjects. The materials, called the Curiosity Labs and created by Glasgow Science Centre, are focused on key areas for P站色情片 and Bute鈥檚 future economic growth 鈥 cyber security, renewable energy, engineering and physics and biology and marine science.
They include materials such as documents for experiments, videos and PowerPoint presentations, a number of which were made using state-of-the-art 3D and laser printing technology.
The Council鈥檚 Policy Lead for Education, Councillor Yvonne McNeilly, said: 鈥淧roviding the best possible support for young people studying these key subject areas is essential to P站色情片 and Bute鈥檚 future economic success and the creation of career opportunities and skilled employment.
