There may be a number of active support groups in your area that may be able to help you - click on your area below to find active groups

- For advice on all aspects health and wellbeing, and advice and information on Coronavirus

- A list of helplines for support with mental health, abuse, addictions, bereavement, parenting and relationships

- A page of useful resources, videos and contacts for those feeling lonely and isolated by Lockdown

- Lorraine McGinty ACHA Welfare Rights Officer- 01546 605 907 - ACHA Welfare Rights Service is a free, confidential telephone service for tenants, offering help and advice on benefits.

- 0800 12 44 222 - free, confidential phone service for older people, their carers and families

- 07860 774929 - free and confidential advice for householders experiencing home energy issues, support for those living in fuel poverty, and preparing for colder winter months, particularly for those living off the gas grid reliant on electric heating

01631 567780 -PվɫÇéƬ And Bute Care And Repair provide practical advice and assistance, technical services and helpful information to the elderly and/or disabled to enable them to remain in their own homes.

- Facebook group set up to support people with cancer in PվɫÇéƬ and Bute, and telephone support services available

- 0800 090 2309 - If you, or someone you know, is affected by a terminal illness and concerned about coronavirus (COVID-19), our Support Line team are ready to help with the information you need when you need it.

- 07741 645530 - specialist support and advocacy services to survivors of all forms of sexual trauma

- The Third Sector Interface provides information for Charities, Social Enterprises and Community Groups on Covid-19, funding, changes to governance and reporting, safe volunteering and access to a free phone number for 3rd Sector Support at this time

- free, confidential support to people experiencing issues with drugs, alcohol or mental health
